Heiko Roeder also teased us with exciting news about the Michelin-starred dining experience coming our way, including a new venture by the phenomenal Chef Björn Frantzén.

Even though our President Mr. Amado Silveti could not join in person, he sent us his warm greetings from Barcelona. Amado congratulated Katherin, welcomed Szilvia joining Dubai from Hungary, and gave us a sneak peek of the International Congress in Madrid 2025. Amado also announced our next meeting and examinations in Abu Dhabi – mark your calendars!
