Les Clefs d’Or UAE July 2024 Meetup at One&Only One Za’abeel!

What a fantastic gathering we had at the stunning One&Only One Zabeel. Our National Secretary Francis Owor kicked things off with a warm welcome, followed by our President, Amado Silveti, who shared his heartfelt connection with the One&Only brand. Amado reminisced about the grand opening of One&Only The Palm in 2010, a milestone in his concierge journey.

Next up, we had the fabulous Ms. Kelly Webb, Hotel Manager, who took us on a captivating journey from Australia to Dubai, showcasing the architectural marvel that is One&Only One Za’abeel.

Cristiaan Olivier, Manager F&B Marketing and Partners, then wowed us with a tour of the incredible restaurants and celebrity chefs at the hotel.

In the middle: Ms. Paulina Mercader Aguilar

Paulina Mercader Aguilar, Director of Wellness, and her team introduced us to the innovative Longevity Hub in Dubai, featuring cutting-edge technologies and dedicated longevity coaches.

The excitement peaked as we officially welcomed Sasha Goncharenko and Artem, Assistant Chief Concierges at One&Only One Za’abeel, to the Dubai Concierge Group. Congratulations on this milestone towards Clefs d’Or membership!

Mr. Merwin Dawson, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Chateau, showcased their impressive helicopter fleet and announced the much-anticipated electric air transfer shuttles.

Mr. Shaikh Ijaz, Senior Manager at Valtrans , shared the remarkable journey of their valet parking services since 2003, highlighting innovative and sustainable milestones.

Amado then revealed upcoming major Clefs d’Or events, and Roger, our Public Relations Officer, presented a video of our successful Education Day in June.
