Monthly Meeting September 2024
We had the pleasure of hosting our September 2024 meeting at the iconic Ferrari World™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. It was a day filled with insightful presentations, networking, and meaningful discussions that continue to drive our association forward.
The day commenced with the elections for the Abu Dhabi Concierge Group Executive Committee. Congratulations to all newly elected members! We look forward to seeing the valuable contributions you will make to our concierge community in Abu Dhabi.
Following the elections, we held examinations for aspiring members of the Dubai Concierge Group, Abu Dhabi Concierge Group, and Les Clefs d’Or United Arab Emirates. Congratulations to the successful candidates, and we wish you the best in your upcoming projects. The next examination round is scheduled for December.
Our National Secretary, FRANCIS OWOR opened the event by welcoming everyone to Ferrari World, followed by our President, Amado Silveti who expressed his gratitude for the support received during his recent bereavement.
We were honored to have our host, Mr. Faisal Al Nuaimi General Manager of Ferrari World, introduce the group to the park’s cutting-edge attractions and the surprising Gio, the Ferrari engine-robot. He also emphasized the importance of our continued partnership with Ferrari World and shared key insights into the park’s latest developments.
Next, Mr. Tristan Sommer-Enriquez, CEO of BaggageTAXI, highlighted their seamless luggage pick-up, storage, and delivery services, offering guests the convenience to explore the city luggage-free. The service, accessible via a user-friendly app, enhances the overall guest experience by removing the stress of managing luggage.

We also had the pleasure of hearing from Ms. Drishti D., Head of Sales at Dhamani Jewelers, who shared the brand’s commitment to luxury and craftsmanship. Ms. Dhamani emphasized the importance of their long-standing partnership with Les Clefs d’Or UAE and the ongoing collaboration that benefits both our guests and our members.
The meeting concluded with our traditional Kahoot quiz, expertly led by Allwyn D’Cunha, our Third Vice President. Congratulations to Abuhureira, Stephanie, and Roger for their well-earned victories.
